About Heather

Heather started practicing estate planning law in 2001 at an international “Big Four” professional services firm, and was later recruited by a well-respected national law firm based in San Francisco. Heather has spent most of her legal career drafting complex estate plans for high-net-worth families, and devising tax strategies to save clients millions of dollars during their lives and upon death. In 2008, Heather moved to Marin and began her own estate planning practice where she now focuses on protecting families with young children.

Charitable causes and community service are also very important to Heather, so she spends significant time volunteering for local school and community programs. Heather also performs pro-bono estate planning and tax services for low-income residents in San Francisco and Marin.

Heather lives in Marin County with her family, including two incredible young sons.
