But, unlike “trust mills” who keep their costs low by churning out cookie-cutter documents, you’ll receive a custom estate plan and an ongoing relationship with a local Marin estate planning attorney. Heather performs estate planning on a flat fee, with no hidden charges or add-ons.
Flat fee for complete estate plan:
Individuals: $3,250 | Couples: $3,900 |
If you require more complex estate planning due to diverse or out of state property holdings, or some other time-intensive matter, the above flat fee may be increased by $100-$500, but all additional charges will be agreed upon in advance.
